Dr. Scheinberg is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with more than 30 years of practice experience.
In addition to his private orthopedics practice, Dr. Scheinberg is currently on staff at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital, the Pueblo Surgery Center and Carrillo Surgery Center.
He also serves as a consultant for International Management Group (IMG), working with their professional tennis players. Dr. Scheinberg has treated many professional athletes, including tennis players Jimmy Connors, Maria Sharapova, Andre Agassi and Patrick Rafter.

TELEMEDICINE
The technology is now in place for us to see and evaluate all patients regardless of insurance inclusive of workers compensation patients on our telemedicine platform. Stem cell consultations, all work injuries, all sports injuries can be initially evaluated and follow ups seen by telemedicine if patients cannot come to the office for any reason either in Santa Barbara or Bakersfield. For work related injuries it is imperative to have periodic evaluations to maintain disability and future medical benefits.
